General Rules & Regulations
1. School Timings
- School hours are from 9:20 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Students should reach the school at least 10–15 minutes before the first bell.
- Late arrival should be supported by a valid reason or a note from the parent/guardian.
- Students leaving school early must obtain permission from the authorised personal.
2. Attendance
- Students must maintain regular attendance.
- A minimum attendance as prescribed by CBSE is expected for academic promotion.
- Leave applications should be submitted in advance whenever possible.
- A medical certificate is required for prolonged absence due to illness.
3. Uniform
- Students must wear the prescribed school uniform on all working days.
- Uniform should be neat, clean, and properly ironed.
- Shoes, socks, ID cards, and belts should be worn as prescribed.
- Hair should be neat and well groomed.
- Jewellery, makeup, nail polish, fancy hairstyles, and accessories are not permitted.
4. Discipline
- Students should be courteous, respectful, and obedient to teachers, staff, and fellow students.
- Bullying, fighting, abusive language, and disrespectful behaviour are strictly prohibited.
- Students should maintain silence while moving through corridors and during assemblies.
- Damage to school property will be viewed seriously, and compensation may be required.
5. Academic Rules
- The school follows the CBSE curriculum along with Islamic Studies and Qur'an education.
- Students should complete all classwork, homework, projects, and assignments on time.
- Bring the required textbooks and notebooks according to the timetable.
- Academic honesty is expected in all examinations and assignments.
- Students should uphold Islamic manners (Akhlaq) in speech and behaviour.
- Respect should be shown during Qur'an classes and Islamic Studies periods.
- Students should participate sincerely in Islamic activities organized by the school.
- Cleanliness, honesty, kindness, modesty, and respect for others should be practised at all times.
6. Assembly
- Attendance at the morning assembly is compulsory.
- Students should stand in orderly lines and participate respectfully.
- Silence and discipline must be maintained throughout the assembly.
7. Classroom Conduct
- Students should enter classrooms quietly and be seated before the teacher arrives.
- Permission should be sought before leaving the classroom.
- Eating, shouting, or disturbing the class is not allowed.
- Classrooms should be kept neat and tidy.
8. Library Rules
- Maintain silence in the library.
- Books should be handled carefully and returned on time.
- Lost or damaged books must be replaced or paid for.
9. Computer Laboratory
- Use computers only under teacher supervision.
- Do not change system settings or access unauthorised websites.
- Handle all equipment carefully.
10. Mobile Phones and Electronic Devices
- Students are not permitted to bring mobile phones, smart watches, or electronic gadgets without prior permission from the school.
- Confiscated items will be returned only to parents, according to school policy.
11. Health and Safety
- Students who are unwell should remain at home.
- Parents must inform the school of any medical condition or allergies.
- Medicines should be handed over to the school office with proper instructions.
- Students must follow all safety instructions during school activities.
12. School Property
- Keep classrooms, corridors, washrooms, and the campus clean.
- Do not write on desks, walls, or school furniture.
- Use dustbins provided on the campus.
13. Transportation
- Students using school transport should follow bus rules and obey the bus staff.
- Seat belts (where available) should be worn.
- Misconduct on the school bus may result in suspension of transport privileges.
14. Parent Cooperation
- Parents should ensure punctuality and regular attendance.
- School diaries should be checked and signed regularly.
- Parent-Teacher Meetings should be attended regularly.
- Parents should update the school regarding any change in address or contact details.
15. Co-curricular Activities
- Students are encouraged to participate in sports, arts, literary, and cultural activities.
- Good sportsmanship and teamwork are expected.
16. Examinations
- Students must follow all examination rules.
- Malpractice during examinations will invite disciplinary action.
- Report cards should be acknowledged by parents.
17. General Conduct
- Speak politely and respectfully.
- Use English as the primary language of communication within the school campus, except during language-specific classes.
- Care for the environment by avoiding littering and conserving water and electricity.
- Students should represent the school with dignity both inside and outside the campus.
